BACKGROUND

Licensed in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma Single Real Estate Broker was ready to hire real estate agents and open up offices aswell create a catch brand.

The CHALLENGE

WhiLeFox Realty needed afull blast marketing campaign along with business management and branding in order to aggressively enter in the market full of wolves. The biggest challenge was determining the target audience.

When sitting with Statistica we discussed the following challenges:

  • How to attract the target audience?
  • How to handle all states and which cities did While Fox planned to have offices in to target all SEO in those specific areas
  • What promos can drive the target audience in.

CREATING A CUSTOM PACKAGE

Building a package including SEO, TV, Billboard Ads, Influencer Marketing for 12 months while assigning 3 Dedicated Teams to ensure each aspect of the campaign was watched daily. We worked closely with our partners to ensure analytics and SEO as well as web hooks were all correctly aligned with all campagins.Lastly while creating printed marketing materials to mail out and developing a robust website categorized extensively.
