Local Dental Clinic
BACKGROUND
Collins Dental comes from a newly established dental office decided to branch out locally and wanting to open a few more offices in the DFW area. While sustaining clients, hiring personnel, they came to us skeptical seeing what we offered but wasn't familiar on how effective it would be. When they told us they opened on Saturday, we advised them of that service being a way to stand out to there competitors and begans trategizing.
The CHALLENGE
Collins Dental wanted to stretch out a bit in DFW and open up a chain of 3 offices in the next year in a 4 month phase period.
With the help of Yext, Create Socials we were able to realize the following key challenges:
- How to let the area know ofthe Saturday openings?
- What does potential clients look for when scouting dentists?
- How to convert the viewers to clients?
THE EXCEPTIONAL PLAN
The Exceptional Plan produced the ability for our team to focus on Ad Campaigns promoting the office's ability to be open on Saturday, not only that but they offered complimentary assessments to any client with potential active issues as a result of visiting there office.
